This 60-minute talk offers a practical introduction to Singapore’s Workplace Fairness Act 2025, highlighting its key provisions and the implications for employers, HR and people managers who may be held responsible for any discriminatory actions under the law. Participants will gain an understanding of how the legislation seeks to prevent discrimination across the employment lifecycle.
